Prices
The store has the right to change prices under any circumstances, except for what is recorded in the invoice.
Delivery
Except if there is a prior agreement between the two parties, all delivery times are discretionary and we make all our efforts to deliver the shipment on time, and in the event that there is a delay in delivering the order, the store bears full responsibility for that and the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
Transport and loss of shipment
Ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon receiving the product. And in the event of any damage or loss of the shipment, the store bears full responsibility for that.
Warranty
In the event of any damage to the product such as breakage or deficiency, the store bears full responsibility for that, and the buyer must communicate with the store within 3 days of receiving the shipment, and after that the buyer has no right to claim the costs of the damage.
Limitation of liability
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the store's commitment to any claims related to the products should not exceed the amount recorded in the invoice. The buyer must raise the claim for any damage within 3 days of receiving the shipment, and if the period exceeds 3 days, the store has the right to reject the claim.
