Terms of service
The store has the right to change the prices under any circumstances, except for what is recorded in the invoice.
Except if there is a prior agreement between the two parties, all delivery dates are discretionary and we make all efforts to reach the shipment on time, and in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order, the store bears all responsibility for this and the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
Transportation and loss of shipment
Ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon receipt of the product. In the event of any damage or loss of the shipment, the store bears full responsibility for that.
In the event of any damage to the product as a break or deficiency, the store bears full responsibility for that, and the buyer must communicate with the store within 3 days of receiving the shipment, after which the buyer is not entitled to claim damage costs.
Limitation of Liability
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Store's liability for any claims in respect of the Products shall not exceed the invoiced amount. The buyer must file a claim for any damage within 3 days of receiving the shipment, and if the period exceeds 3 days, the store has the right to reject the claim.
In the event that a prepayment method is selected, the buyer has the right to demand a refund in the event that the order is not delivered within 7 working days.
